Warmer and drier conditions are expected today with breezy west
winds developing this afternoon. Winds diminish this evening but
shift to the north late tonight as a slightly cooler airmass moves
south into the region for Saturday. An extended period of dryness
and above average temperatures is expected late this weekend
through at least the first half of next week with temperatures
peaking on Monday along with the potential for breezy to locally
