.DISCUSSION...
High pressure aloft will keep the area dry into Tuesday. Breezy
westerly winds today will shift more southerly on Tuesday ahead
of an approaching weather system and cold front, which will warm
temperatures well above normal and lower humidity to near 20
percent at lower elevations. The passage of the system will bring
showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday, with
heavy downpours and erratic wind gusts being main threats, as winds
shift more westerly. Cooler temperatures with a chance of showers
and thunderstorms will then linger through the work week.
