Fire Weather Planning Forecast for North-Central Montana
National Weather Service Great Falls MT
324 AM MST Sun Nov 16 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Weak southwesterly flow aloft develops today and brings increased
middle and high level clouds. Patchy fog along the Milk River
dissipates later this morning, but looks to return tonight into
Monday morning. A slow moving Pacific weather system will approach
and pass through the Northern Rockies Monday through Wednesday
and bring periods of mountain snow and lower elevation scattered
rain and snow showers. Temperatures cool to near average heading
into the middle and end of the week.
