.DISCUSSION...

A mix of rain and snow will affect the burn area Thursday morning.
There will be windy west winds in the morning. Late morning to
early afternoon Thursday, an arctic front will pass through the
area. This will bring a northwest/north wind shift as well as a
quick drop in temperatures to below freezing. This will switch the
precipitation type to all snow, as well as decrease the winds
for Thursday afternoon. Friday will be a little bit colder with
moderate to heavy snowfall throughout the day.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Slight chance of
                    snow early in the morning. Rain through the
                    day. Snow in the afternoon.
CWR.................25 percent increasing to 70 percent late in the
                    morning, then decreasing to 55 percent late in
                    the afternoon.
Chance of thunder...5 percent.
Max temperature.....44-49.
Min humidity........58-63 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........
 Slope/valley.......Breezy. West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts to
                    around 40 mph decreasing to around 15 mph with
                    gusts to around 30 mph late in the afternoon.

Transport winds.....West 30 to 35 mph increasing to 35 to 40 mph in
                    the late morning and early afternoon, then
                    shifting to the northwest around 30 mph late in
