Subtle ridging within a dry zonal flow aloft will keep the area
warm and dry once again through the day Tuesday and Tuesday
night. Recoveries tonight look best at valley floors, with some
thermal belts limiting recovery in mid-slope areas. Daytime mixing
results in westerly breezes around 10 mph by the afternoon
Tuesday, with afternoon humidity bottoming out in the upper teens.
Humidity recoveries look slightly better Tuesday night ahead of a
cooling trend anticipated to arrive later this week.
