.DISCUSSION...

Dry and warm conditions persist today under northwesterly flow aloft which
may lead to a period of breezy conditions this afternoon. A cold front
moving south out of northwest Canada will move through the area early Thursday
morning, bringing a wind shift to the northeast followed by several hours
of gusty northeast winds Thursday morning before winds gradually diminish
Thursday afternoon. A cooler airmass with elevated humidity follows the frontal
