THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 40 to 60 mph, with gusts up to 100 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...The Rocky Mountain Front and adjacent foothills and plains.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high
  profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The period of most intense winds are likely
  to occur between 3 AM MST and 3 PM MST Thursday.

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
