...Patchy dense freezing fog developing over portions of central
and north- central Montana this afternoon...

Patchy dense freezing fog is developing over golden triangle
area, the plains along the Southern Rocky Mountain Front, and in
the canyon area between Great Falls and Helena. There will be
highly variable visibility down to a half mile or less across
short distances. Also, icy conditions from earlier snowfall and
or frost deposition may cause slippery spots on area roads.

Those traveling should be prepared for highly variable road
conditions. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination.
