...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BLAINE AND
NORTHEASTERN HILL COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM MDT...

At 512 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 24
miles north of Beaver Creek, or 25 miles north of Havre, moving east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Blaine
and northeastern Hill Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
north central Montana.
