...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 730 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 730 AM CDT this morning for
portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including the
following areas, in north central Kansas, Washington. In northeast
Kansas, Marshall and Nemaha.

The heaviest rain for the time being has ended. Urban area and small
stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT Thursday for
portions of central, east central, north central, and northeast
Kansas...
