...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following
  county, Marshall.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 350 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding along
    the Highway 87 and Highway 9 intersection near Vliets in East
    Central Nemaha County.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of East Central Marshall County


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
