* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous rounds of excessive rainfall
  continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following
  county, Jefferson.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1039 PM CDT, flooding along the Delaware River was
    ongoing.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Valley Falls and Ozawkie.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
