.DISCUSSION...
Recent heavy rainfall along with a cool airmass will keep
rangeland fire danger in the low category today and tomorrow.
Transport winds will gradually veer today from the northeast to
the southeast by Saturday afternoon. Winds will tend to relax
through the day and become light and variable into the overnight
period and through much of the day Saturday. This will lead to
overall fair to good smoke dispersal rates with limited mixing
heights through the period. Dry conditions expected as any light
rain comes to an end over east-central areas early this morning.
