.DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorms move across northeast and parts of northeast KS
early this morning, and eventually into southeast NE by around
sunrise. There may be additional scattered storms that linger in
the area through the morning and afternoon, but there is more
uncertainty surrounding this potential. Either way, cooler
temperatures are forecast today with highs in the 80s (possibly
cooler where any clouds and rain persist). Minimum RH is in the
60-75% range this afternoon with light winds mainly from the north
to NNE. Low-level flow turns back to the south Monday afternoon
and especially Tuesday. Periodic rain chances return to the
forecast mainly during nighttime periods mid-week.
