.DISCUSSION...
Partly to mostly cloudy skies will become mostly sunny through the
mid morning hours. There may be a few showers and thunderstorms
this morning across far northeast KS. These showers and storms
will move out of the area during the mid morning hours. Southeast
winds under 10 KTS early this morning will become southerly and
increase to 15 to 25 MPH with gusts up to 35 to 40 MPH. There
will be a chance for thunderstorms developing across north central
KS during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Some of
these storms may be strong to severe. Minimum RHs this afternoon
will range from around 40 percent across the far western counties
to around 60 percent across the eastern counties.
