South winds this afternoon are light from 5 to 8 mph, shifting towards
the southeast after 4 PM from 7 to 10 mph. Winds shift back to the south
by Monday morning from 5 to 10 mph. Coverage of storms in the
area is overall low and most likely east of the area late this afternoon through
early evening. Winds however could become gusty and shift direction with nearby
storms. High temperatures this afternoon are forecast to reach the upper 90s
with max heat index of 102 degrees in the afternoon. Humidity values fall from the
upper 70 percentile this morning to the mid 30 percentile after 1 PM.
