A weak trough is moving across the region. This is expected to cause
westerly winds early in the afternoon to gradually shift to the north
between 3 and 6pm. Wind speeds should be in the 10 to 15 mph range with
gusts up to 25 mph through 5pm. Otherwise a sunny afternoon is expected
with no chance for precip. Mixing heights are forecast to be around 3KFT
with excellent conditions for smoke dispersal.
