This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Kansas, east central Kansas, north central Kansas and northeast Kansas. .DAY ONE...Today and tonight. Periods of rain will continue today and tonight. Some of this rain may be heavy and lead to flooding, especially towards north-central KS. A few strong to severe storms could also occur this afternoon and evening, capable of producing damaging winds and a few tornadoes. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Rounds of rain are expected to continue through Thursday. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are expected. Locally higher amounts of around 6 inches could lead to flooding, particularly towards north central KS.
