This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
east central Kansas, north central Kansas, and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Heat Advisory has been issued for much of the area this
afternoon and evening as heat index values are forecast to reach
around 104 to 109 degrees.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Heat will continue through Saturday, especially along and south of
Interstate 70. Heat indices will likely be around or above 100
each day.

A few storms will also be possible Wednesday and Thursday nights,
mainly north of Interstate 70. There is a low risk a few of these
storms could produce gusty winds or small hail.

.SPOTTER MESSAGE

Spotters will not be needed this afternoon or tonight.
