...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN FRANKLIN AND
NORTHEASTERN ANDERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Princeton, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
         around objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ottawa, Richmond, Greeley, Princeton, Lane, and Rantoul.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 174 and 186.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
east central Kansas.
