The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Brown County in northeastern Kansas...

* Until 215 AM CDT.

* At 145 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Rulo to 3 miles west of Horton, moving east at
  45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hiawatha, Horton, Everest, Robinson, Reserve, Powhattan, and
  Willis.

At 1:37 AM...an automated weather center 1.1 miles northeast of
Hiawatha recorded a 68 MPH wind gust.
