...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM FRIDAY TO 6 PM CST
SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  8 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
  northeast Kansas.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Friday to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold temperatures are expected
  throughout the event, with wind chills as low as -15 to -20
  degrees Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
