...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
  Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
  Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha and
  Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
