The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the
following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison,
Sebastian and Washington and Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha and
Sequoyah.

Widespread rains are ending across the watch area and flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
