...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
  counties, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
  including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek,
  Delaware, Mayes, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage,
  Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
