...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING TO EARLY MONDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Poteau River near Panama.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning to early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
  Williams Road east of Panama is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 31.0 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
