* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, minor flooding is expected over farmland
  from Bartlesville to Ochelata.

  - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0
    feet this afternoon.
