.DISCUSSION...
Scattered rain showers continue into Saturday, spreading from
west to east through the day. Additional rain chances return
early next week as a vigorous storm system approaches from the
west. A cold front will push through the area Monday night into
Tuesday. Southerly winds will drastically increase ahead of the
front on Monday, especially across northeast Oklahoma, which may
cause an uptick in fire weather concerns. However, this will be
highly dependent on how much rain falls during the day on Monday.
Otherwise, fire weather concerns remain fairly low through the
forecast period.
