.DISCUSSION...
A cold front arrives late tonight into early Wednesday morning,
with winds shifting out of the northwest and becoming breezy
during the daytime. Behind the front, afternoon relative humidity
values are forecast to drop into the 30 to 40 percent range,
locally as low as 25 percent west of Highway 75 in Oklahoma. This
could locally raise fire weather conditions for portions of
eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, especially in locations
where finer fuels are more cured. Near or above average
temperatures and very low rain chances are forecast through the
rest of the workweek before another cold front arrives during the
day Friday.
