Fire Weather Planning Forecast
National Weather Service Tulsa OK
134 PM CDT Fri Aug 21 2026

RED FLAG...None.

.DISCUSSION...

Periodic shower and thunderstorm chances are expected daily
through early next week. There is uncertainty on how widespread
the overall rainfall footprint will become along with rainfall
totals, however beneficial rains are possible for a few
locations. Temperatures will be dependant on the timing and
coverage of any larger thunderstorm complex, but hot weather will
continue away from the more widespread rains. Fire weather
concerns will continue given the overall dry fuel state. Expect
hot and dry weather to return by mid to late next week.
