.DISCUSSION...
Warm and humid conditions will continue this morning with gusty
southwesterly winds through early afternoon. Winds will gradually
become more westerly and decrease in speed from mid to late
afternoon. Skies will gradually clear during the afternoon with
humidity levels falling into the low 50 percent range. Winds remain
light overnight with good humidity recovery.

                    sunny (15-25 percent).
