Light and variable winds are forecast into the afternoon with
mild temperatures. Humidity levels will be slow to decrease
and fall only into the low 40 percent range. Light winds through
the mixing depth will limit smoke dispersion. Rain chances
begin to increase this evening and become widespread during
the day Thursday.
