This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

AREA...South of Interstate 40.
ONSET...Ongoing.

FLASH FLOOD.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Southeast Oklahoma.
ONSET...After midnight.

HEAVY RAIN.
RISK...Elevated.
AREA...Southeast Oklahoma.
ONSET...Evening through overnight.

DISCUSSION...
Isolated thunderstorms may continue across southeast Oklahoma this
evening with a brief strong storm possible. Storm coverage is likely
to increase during the late evening into overnight hours south
of Interstate 40 with the highest chances across far southeast
Oklahoma. Heavy rainfall will occur with any thunderstorm and
isolated flooding concerns may develop if storms continue to
develop over the same areas.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
A few showers and thunderstorms will remain possible across mainly
southeast Oklahoma Friday and through the weekend. Low end
shower and thunderstorm chances will continue almost each day
through the extended period, but impactful weather is not
expected at this time.
