DISCUSSION...

There is a low chance of thunderstorms near the Kansas border this
morning. Severe weather is not expected.

Fog has developed over or near lakes and in the valleys of
northwest Arkansas this morning. Visibilities below 1 mile have
been reported at times by weather stations in the area and will
impact the morning commute. The fog should lift after sunrise
this morning.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

Strong southerly winds are forecast on Sunday over the Plains, and
will combine with well above average warmth and low afternoon
relative humidity to raise fire weather concerns, especially
across eastern Oklahoma.
