ONSET...Ongoing. DISCUSSION... Scattered showers will continue into this evening, especially along and north of I-40 and across far southeast Oklahoma. A few thunderstorms remain possible into the early evening, with this potential decreasing quickly thereafter. Patchy to areas of fog, dense at times, and drizzle will develop this evening and overnight tonight across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Improvements to visibilities will come by mid to late morning Tuesday. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... A cold front moves through the region Tuesday afternoon with breezy to gusty northwesterly winds across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas Tuesday night into Wednesday. The stronger winds are currently forecast within the higher terrain of southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Another cold front looks to drop southeast through the Plains over the Holiday weekend with shower and storm chances returning.
