ONSET...Ongoing...ending by mid morning. DISCUSSION... There is a low chance of thunderstorms near the Kansas border this morning. Severe weather is not expected. Fog has developed over or near lakes and in the valleys of northwest Arkansas this morning. Visibilities below 1 mile have been reported at times by weather stations in the area and will impact the morning commute. The fog should lift after sunrise this morning.
