EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Breezy conditions are forecast to develop on Tuesday afternoon,
raising fire weather concerns slightly across northeast
Oklahoma. Another breezy afternoon is expected on Thursday as
well, though moisture return will be more appreciable by this time
and should keep humidity values from dropping too low.
