This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...West of Highway 75.
ONSET...Ongoing.

DISCUSSION...
A low chance of thunderstorms across portions of eastern Oklahoma
will continue through late afternoon and into early evening.
Additional thunderstorm development is possible to the north and
west of the area this evening, with expected movement toward
portions of eastern Oklahoma late evening into early Monday
morning. Areas west of Highway 75 will have a limited potential
for marginally severe wind gusts with the strongest storms. Heavy
rain and localized flooding potential will also exist.

Local Spotter Activation May Be Needed.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...Dangerous Heat Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorms may linger into Monday morning across parts of
eastern Oklahoma, with a continued heavy rain threat. Hot and
humid weather will return late this week into next weekend, with
triple digit heat index values likely.
