* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east
  central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...These conditions will kill plants, other sensitive
  vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
