* WHERE...Nowata, Osage, Pawnee, and Washington OK Counties.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities are expected to be reduced to one half mile
  or less by dense fog. Rapidly changing visibility will create
  hazardous driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you.
