Forecast is based on forecast start time of 1800 MST on August 30.

.DISCUSSION...Mostly clear conditions expected tonight with light terrain
driven winds out of the southwest. Tomorrow morning around 7 am winds
will become east to northeasterly. In the afternoon, northeast winds will
increase with peak afternoon gusts to around 20 mph. Minimum relative
humidity will be between 20-30 percent. Overnight recoveries will be around
35-45 percent tonight with improving recoveries for Sunday and Monday nights.
Scattered thunderstorms are possible each afternoon and evening with day to
day variability. Gusty and erratic winds are expected near any thunderstorms.
Beginning on Labor Day (Monday) the upper flow pattern will shift resulting in
increasing moisture and morewidespread storm chances.

                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......0 percent increasing to 50 percent.
Max temperature.....91-94 degrees.
Min humidity........24-27 percent.
20-foot winds.......Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph becoming easterly to
northeasterly at 8 to 13 mph after 7 am. Peak
afternoon gusts around 20 mph. Gusty and erratic
winds expected near thunderstorms.
Mixing height.......1500 ft AGL increasing to 8300 ft AGL
                    late in the afternoon decreasing to 6000 ft
                    AGL.
