.DISCUSSION...Increasing moisture today with bring a chance of
showers and thunderstorms this afternoon into early this evening
and then again Thursday afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds near
thunderstorms otherwise wind today will be out of the east this
morning and west this afternoon. Winds then terrain driven tonight
into Thursday. Min RH values today and Thursday mostly between
15 and 20 percent.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny this morning. Becoming partly cloudy this
                    afternoon with a slight chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms after 2 pm.
Chance of pcpn......20 percent in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....90-93 degrees.
Min humidity........15-18 percent.
20-foot winds.......East winds 5 to 6 mph shifting to the west 5 to
                    10 mph late in the afternoon. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (3000 knot-ft) increasing to very good
