.DISCUSSION...Overnight RH recovery will be excellent, recovering
to around 95 to 100 percent by 0700. Background winds will support
easterly/southeasterly winds overnight around 4 to 11 mph; expect
considerable terrain variability, especially in sheltered locations.
Warmer tomorrow, although minimum relative humidity will be much
higher, falling to around 60 percent by peak heating (~1500). Winds
will remain out of the southeast around 5 to 10 mph with occasional
gusts to around 15-16 mph. Excellent overnight RH recovery Friday night
into Friday morning. Saturday will be similar to Friday with mild
temperatures and relative humidity around 60 percent.
