.DISCUSSION...Light and terrain driven winds this morning will
become out of the south to southeast late in the morning, with
gusts up to around 15 mph in the afternoon. Min RH is only
expected to drop to around 55-60 percent this afternoon, with
excellent RH recovery (>90 percent) is expected tonight and Sunday
night. Cloudy conditions are expected through the period, however
wetting rain is not forecasted until Sunday night and into Monday.
Winds will also increase significantly on Monday.
