.DISCUSSION...Chances for thunderstorms increase through this evening
and the overnight hours. As of now, it looks like the greatest
risk for storms will occur after 2100, though can`t rule out an
isolated storm or two impacting the fire site earlier in the
evening. Lightning and gusty, erratic outflow winds will be the
main concern. Humidities overnight will recover to around 78%.
Winds early this evening will be out of the southeast at 10 mph,
gusting up to 20 mph before becoming light and primarily terrain
driven after 2100.
Near critical conditions Monday with RH around 17 to 20 percent
and high temperature around 87 degrees. West winds will continue
through the day with sustained winds of 15 to 20 mph, gusting up
to 30 mph. Strongest winds expected in exposed areas, with
slightly lighter winds in heavier sheltering.
