.DISCUSSION...Cool and unsettled conditions can be expected
the next couple days as a disturbances moves through the region.
Breezy southeast winds are expected today over the spot location.
As a frontal boundary traverses the region, winds will transition
to out of the west to northwest this evening into the overnight
hours and will remain breezy through Wednesday. Light rain will
move into the spot area today, with chances for rain and snow
continuing through Wednesday. Light accumulations of a tenth or
two will be possible over the spot area through Wednesday
afternoon. Drier and slightly warmer conditions are expected
toward the end of the week and especially the weekend.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Chance of rain late in
                    the morning, then rain likely in the afternoon.
