.DISCUSSION... Expect low clouds and cloudy conditions through
the rest of the day as a weather system moves into the region
later this evening. Winds will continue to be out of the
southeast with gusts of 25 to 30 mph possible this afternoon and
evening. Minimum relative humidity values are expected to increase
throughout the afternoon, with excellent RH recovery (>90
percent) expected tonight and Monday night. Wetting rain chances
increase substantially as widespread rain moves into the region
this evening and into the overnight hours. Rain is expected to
last through early Tuesday morning. Strong winds will accompany
this system, with northerly to northwesterly winds gusting to
30-40 mph over the spot location during the day Monday.
