precipitation throughout the day. Some light snow or a rain/snow
mix may be possible over the spot location this evening and
overnight. Precipitation will move out Tuesday morning. Expect
gusty northwest winds today and tonight as well, 30 to 40 mph
possible this afternoon and evening. Min RH values are expected to
stay at 90% or above given precipitation on the region the next 24
hours. Tuesday will be dry once precipitation moves out in the
morning, with lighter northwest winds, and RH dipping down to
around 50 percent in the afternoon.
