today into early this evening. Winds will remain light in the
bottom of the canyon. Later this evening, clouds will increase
with low clouds, drizzle, and some fog developing by midnight.
Cool temperatures and excellent relative humidity recovery is
expected overnight. Overcast and cool conditions will persist on
Wednesday. Better chances for rain are expected Wednesday evening.
