.DISCUSSION...Showers and thunderstorms will continue to move through
the area through the rest of tonight into the morning hours.
Total rainfall through the morning will be around 0.05-0.1". Main
hazards associated with the storms will be lightning, heavy rainfall,
and gusty, erratic winds.

Winds over the next several hours will remain out of the south-
southeast at 20 to 25 mph, gusting to 40 mph. A front moving
through the area will cause winds to shift to the northwest after
8 AM. Winds will remain gusty with sustained winds of 20 to 30
mph, gusting up to 40 mph. Conditions will dry out after the front
pushes through with humidities dropping to 25 to 30% in the
afternoon. The drier conditions and strong winds will lead to
elevated fire weather concerns.
